On November 30, 2021, we will celebrate Giving Tuesday, a global giving event that encourages people from around the world to a support a non-profit organization of their choosing. Giving Tuesday donations have had a direct impact in our global community.

We have all been challenged to adapt to a new way of life during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill have adjusted to many changes to their routines. The sisters have stayed indoors more and the Motherhouse was locked down for a period of time. Daily meals were delivered to their rooms to eliminate large social gatherings, but many sisters happily began to use their creative skills with various crafting projects to pass the time.

One important change as a result of the pandemic has been to offer streaming service for Mass to sisters who are unable to participate in person. The sisters have been so grateful for this opportunity, as the pandemic has forced changes to the daily Mass schedule.

The Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill ask for your support on Giving Tuesday. Dietary essentials, miscellaneous medical items, and electronics for the streaming service for Mass are a few of the items we are hoping to provide through your generosity.

Your Giving Tuesday contribution will help us to provide essential products for our nursing and dietary staff that directly impact the care of our sisters.
