The Greensburg Religious Vocation Council will host a “Convent Crawl” Saturday, April 18, 2015. Single, Catholic women ages 18 to 40 are invited to visit with Catholic Sisters in their houses and convents. During the experience, visitors will join the sisters in prayer, ask questions, and discover firsthand how sisters’ communities and ministries are making a positive impact in the world today. The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the Daughters of Charity, 528 Footedale Road, New Salem, PA. From there, visitors will be transported to the Sisters of Charity of the Immaculate Conception in Mt Pleasant and then to the Discalced Carmelite Nuns in Latrobe.
